The new “Liebling”
I’m hanging around in Berlin for a one week chillout. The winter cries his last goodbye and everything is going to be full of life, soon. Everyday when I get up I can hear the birds sing their songs in the backyard and I see the buds on the trees starting to sprout. As you can see I’m having a good time over here. Fuck! I really use to zone out a bit too often. Here is why I wrote this post.

Two days ago I went to the Wood Wood Store in Mitte just to have a look and to grab the latest Arkitip when I recognized a newspaper sized magazine called “Liebling” which means “Darling” in german. Surprisingly “Liebling” had my full attention immediately though the environment at Wood Wood Store is quite crazy and catchy all over it. I bought it and that shit is awesome! Man, 180 pages full of best content for 2,80 Euro. This is amazing! They have interesting articles and features written by guys like for example Bazon Brock which is rather not normal for this kind of magazine. The selection of art, photo and fashion is brilliant as well. Upshot: Now that I know Liebling it’s one of my favourite magazines for Mode, Film, Music and Art. Contra: It’s written in german only. See for your self and have a nice day.
What’s happening here? This article ain’t about t-shirts though it’s posted on SELEKKT.com! Let me introduce myself to make you feel a little bit more comfortable. My name is Lucas Raederscheidt and from now on my mission is to expand the SELEKKT.com range of articles through some more t-shirt meta-related contributions. I guess there is a little cultural content missing on all those fashion blogs all over the web except for a few. And it really causes pain in the ass websurfing and always reading the same boring news over and over again. So share your thoughts with us and leave a comment or drop us a mail with your opinion if we’re doing right. We would appreciate that. Thanks, Luke.

Hi Luke,
it is definitely a good idea to have a trial and i’m lookin forward for some good non-fashionposts of you.
On Saturday, i’m in Berlin and maybe i find a store, where i can buy a “Liebling”, cause there is no chance to find it in little rostock.

“Liebling” is really worth buying it!
And the idea of posting some non-fashion themed posts on this great blog is really worth to be achieved!
